1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pleezr mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by Pleezr Inc (“Pleezr”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Delaware corporation.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pleezr Inc.
2. Eligibility
You may use Pleezr only if:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are legally permitted to use dating and social platforms in your jurisdiction
- You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law
- You have not previously been banned from Pleezr or any related service
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above conditions. Pleezr reserves the right to terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements at any time, without notice.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use Pleezr, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
3.2 Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Keeping your account information accurate and up to date
3.3 Account Security
You must notify us immediately at contact@pleezr.me if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Pleezr is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3.4 One Account Per Person
Each user may maintain only one active Pleezr account. Creating multiple accounts, including after a ban, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent exclusion from the Service.
4. The Pleezr Service
4.1 What Pleezr Offers
Pleezr is a compatibility-based dating and social platform that uses a 25-question behavioral test to generate compatibility scores and match suggestions between users. The Service includes:
- Profile creation and discovery
- Compatibility scoring and match recommendations
- In-app messaging (text, audio, and media)
- Subscription-based premium features
- Optional in-app purchases (Add-ons)
4.2 No Guarantee of Results
Pleezr does not guarantee that you will find a match, form a relationship, or achieve any particular outcome through the Service. Compatibility scores and match recommendations are tools to assist discovery — they are not predictions or guarantees of romantic success.
4.3 Service Availability
Pleezr does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
5. User Content
5.1 What You Can Post
Users may upload and share photos, text, and audio content (“User Content”) within the Service, subject to these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
5.2 Your Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for all User Content you post. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the content
- The content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights
- The content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines
5.3 License You Grant to Pleezr
By posting User Content, you grant Pleezr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, subject to retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
5.4 Content We Prohibit
You may not post content that:
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic
- Promotes escorting, prostitution, or compensated relationships of any kind
- Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
- Harasses, threatens, or intimidates any person
- Contains hate speech or discriminates based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
- Contains spam, phishing, or malicious code
- Misrepresents your identity or impersonates another person or entity
- Depicts minors in any romantic or sexual context
Violation of these rules may result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination without refund.
5.5 Content Moderation
Pleezr reserves the right — but has no obligation — to review, remove, or restrict any User Content at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
6.1 Subscription Tiers
Pleezr offers the following subscription tiers:

Prices may vary by country, platform, applicable taxes, and promotions. The price displayed at checkout in your local currency is final.
Pleezr may also offer additional in-app purchases (“Add-ons”) from time to time. The nature, availability, and pricing of Add-ons are displayed within the app and are subject to these Terms.
6.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. By subscribing, you authorize the relevant platform to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
6.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pleezr does not control the billing cycle — this is managed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play.
6.4 Price Changes
Pleezr reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will notify you of price changes in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6.5 Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Pleezr does not offer refunds for subscription fees, unused portions of a subscription period, or any in-app purchases, except where required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Refund requests must be addressed directly to:
- Apple App Store: via Apple’s standard refund process
- Google Play: via Google Play’s standard refund process
Pleezr has no control over and no obligation to process refunds made through these platforms.
6.6 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform through which you subscribed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting your Pleezr account does not automatically cancel your subscription — you must cancel separately through Apple App Store or Google Play.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Solicit money, financial information, or gifts from other users
- Offer or seek escorting, prostitution, or any form of compensated dating
- Use the Service to advertise or promote third-party products or services
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the Service
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
- Circumvent any security or access controls
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Harass, threaten, or harm any other user
- Share another user’s private information without their consent
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Pleezr’s IP
All content, features, technology, trademarks, and intellectual property within the Service — including the compatibility scoring system, the 25-question test methodology, algorithms, and design — are owned by or licensed to Pleezr Inc and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in Pleezr’s intellectual property.
8.2 Feedback
If you provide Pleezr with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant Pleezr the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
9. Safety & User Conduct
9.1 Your Safety
Pleezr is committed to maintaining a safe platform but cannot guarantee the conduct of its users. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with other users, both online and in person.
We strongly recommend that you:
- Never share financial information with other users
- Meet new connections in public places
- Tell someone you trust about your plans when meeting a match
- Report any suspicious or abusive behavior immediately
9.2 Reporting
You may report any user or content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines using the in-app reporting tool. Pleezr will investigate reports and take appropriate action at its sole discretion.
9.3 No Background Checks
Pleezr does not conduct criminal background checks on its users. The presence of a user on the platform does not constitute an endorsement of that person.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Apple App Store, Google Play, Meta, Google Ads, AWS, Firebase, and Twilio. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Pleezr is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
PLEEZR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
PLEEZR DOES NOT VERIFY THE IDENTITY, BACKGROUND, OR INTENTIONS OF ANY USER AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER ON OR OFF THE PLATFORM.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLEEZR INC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER ARISING FROM USER CONDUCT, USER CONTENT, OR OFFLINE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PLEEZR’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PLEEZR IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — IN SUCH CASES, THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pleezr Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
14. Termination
14.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it within the app. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period.
14.2 By Pleezr
Pleezr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary to:
- Enforce these Terms or Community Guidelines
- Protect the safety of users or the platform
- Comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5.3, 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16 survive termination.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, United States. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
15.3 Informal Resolution First
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at contact@pleezr.me and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of 30 days.
15.4 India
For users located in India, disputes may also be subject to applicable Indian law where mandatory consumer protection provisions apply. This does not waive Pleezr’s right to rely on these Terms to the fullest extent permitted by Indian law.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pleezr Inc regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16.3 No Waiver
Pleezr’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Pleezr’s prior written consent. Pleezr may assign its rights freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
16.5 Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email. Where required by law, we will request your acceptance before changes take effect.
