Delete Your Account

Deleting your account removes your profile and Pleezr data. This page walks you through exactly how to do it, what gets deleted and when, and what to check first so nothing catches you by surprise.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You may delete your Pleezr account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account.

Step by step:

  1. Open the Pleezr app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your choice

Important

Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation. Your profile and associated data are removed within 30 days.

If you cannot access the app, email contact@pleezr.me to request account deletion.

2. What Gets Deleted

What happens to each type of data when you delete your account, and when

Payment and transaction records Retained 10 years (legal, accounting, and tax obligations)

Technical and access logs Retained Up to 12 months
Consent records Retained 5 years (to demonstrate compliance)
Customer support exchanges Retained 6 years from date of interaction
Data to prevent re-registration of banned accounts Retained As long as necessary to protect user safety

3. Cancel Your Subscription First

Important

Deleting your Pleezr account does not automatically cancel your subscription — you must cancel separately through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Cancel on iOS — Apple App Store

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find Pleezr and tap Cancel Subscription

Cancel on Android — Google Play

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  4. Find Pleezr and tap Cancel subscription

4. Refund Policy

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play remain subject to the refund policies of those platforms and applicable consumer protection laws. Pleezr does not process refunds directly for platform purchases.
