Pleezr is committed to a respectful, secure environment. This page explains how to report and block users, how we protect against scams and child safety risks, tips for meeting matches safely, our content rules, and how we enforce them.

1. Report a User

Every profile has a report button. Use it — it’s the fastest way to keep Pleezr healthy.

1.1 You Can Report

  • Fake or suspicious profiles
  • Harassment or abusive behavior
  • Explicit or inappropriate content
  • Suspected minors
  • Scams or fraud
  • Any behavior that violates our Community Guidelines

1.2 What Happens When You Report

  • Our moderation team reviews the report
  • We take action where the Guidelines have been violated
  • We do not share your identity with the reported user
  • We may contact you for additional information if needed

Note

Repeated false or malicious reports may themselves result in account action.

2. Block a User

You may block any user at any time. Blocking a user prevents all further contact and removes them from your matches.

To block: open the user’s profile and select Block.

3. Child Safety

Pleezr is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that endangers minors.

Highest Priority

If you encounter content or behavior involving minors, report it immediately using the in-app reporting tool or by emailing contact@pleezr.me.

4. Scam Prevention

Zero Tolerance

Immediate permanent ban.

  • Do not use Pleezr for romance scams or financial fraud of any kind
  • Do not create fake profiles to deceive users
  • Do not misrepresent your location, occupation, income, or relationship status for deceptive purposes
  • Do not use stolen or third-party photos on your profile
  • Do not attempt to extort, blackmail, or manipulate any user

If you suspect you are being scammed, report the user immediately using the in-app tool and cease all contact.

5. Safe Dating Tips

5.1 Before Meeting Someone in Person

  • Meet in a public place for your first interaction
  • Tell a trusted friend or family member where you are going
  • Never share your home address with someone you have just met
  • Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave

5.2 Never

  • Share financial information or send money to any match
  • Share sensitive personal documents (ID, passport, banking details)
  • Feel pressured to meet in person before you are comfortable

Important

If a user makes you feel unsafe, report them immediately and block them.

6. Content Rules

6.1 Allowed

  • Photos showing your face clearly
  • Suggestive content — swimwear, beach photos, form-fitting clothing, partial nudity (e.g. shirtless men, bare backs)
  • Photos with friends or in group settings (as secondary photos)
  • Tasteful and creative self-expression

6.2 Not Allowed

  • Explicit nudity — visible genitalia, fully exposed breasts, or sexual acts of any kind
  • Content that simulates or evokes sexual acts, even if clothed
  • Photos of minors, with or without adults
  • Watermarked, branded, or promotional content
  • Screenshots of other people’s profiles or private conversations
  • Images depicting weapons, violence, or illegal activity
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content
  • Content depicting minors in any romantic or sexual context

7. Enforcement

Warning First minor violation In-app notice, content removed
Temporary Suspension Repeated minor violations or moderate violation Account suspended 24h to 30 days
Permanent Ban Severe violation or repeated offenses Account permanently deleted, no refund

7.1 Immediate Permanent Ban — No Warning

The following result in immediate permanent ban with no prior warning:

  • Scams, fraud, or financial deception
  • Any content involving minors sexually
  • Prostitution or escorting solicitation
  • Threats of physical violence
  • Coordinated abuse or platform manipulation

8. Appeals

How to Appeal

  • Email: contact@pleezr.me
  • Subject line: “Moderation Appeal — [your registered email]”
  • Response time: within 14 days

We review all appeals in good faith and reserve the right to uphold our decision.

Important

Permanent bans for zero-tolerance violations are not subject to appeal.
